Personal data in possession of VC may be used in connection with:

        · The provision of lodging services.

        · The provision of tourist services.

        · The fulfillment of contractual duties.

        · Statistics and services quality assessment.

        · To inform you of present or future products and services that we consider may be of interest to you.

        · To send you informative bulletins and advertising and/or promotional material.

        · Changes in our products and services.

        · To identify you in any legal or commercial relationship entered into between you and VC or its affiliates.


VC has adopted reasonable technical, physical and administrative security measures to make sure that your personal data is secure and that its use is restricted to the personnel for whom access to your data is required in the course of their duties. Accordingly, we inform you as follows:


a) That this privacy notice covers and applies to each and every piece of personal data (“The Information”) that we may have, including but not limited to: copy of official identification card, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, citizenship, social security number, other government identification numbers, marital status, schooling, income, etc., whether nor not such information is considered to be sensitive, and regardless of whether such information is provided by you to VC by e-mail, website or online services, fax, completion of forms, telephone, agreements, mail, business cards or any other means whether or not listed herein.

b) That “The information” shall be used only for the purposes listed above.

c) That in order to assert your Access, Rectification, Cancelation and Opposition rights (ARCO Rights, as defined by applicable law), as well as your rights to disclose, limit or revoke your consent to use, you must (i) deliver your written request to VC, which delivery must be acknowledged by a written delivery receipt from VC or (ii) send your request by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, addressed to VC’s Office of the General Counsel, Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas, No. 4070, Fracc. Camino Real, C.P. 45040, Zapopan, Jalisco, México. Your request must contain at least:


        (a) Name of the owner of the data.

        (b) Address of the owner.

        (c) Legal representation documents, if acting on behalf of someone else.

        (d) Description of the data as to which you wish to exert your ARCO rights.

        (e) Any other element that allows us to track down your personal data and to answer and resolve your request.

d) That VC shall have 20 business days from the day we receive your written request to inform you if your request proceeds and, if so, VC shall fulfill your request within the next 15 business days.


In conformity with the applicable law, VC may, only in Mexico, make your information available to its affiliates or to non-related third parties provided that said information is controlled at all times by this privacy notice and that it shall be used as stated above. You acknowledge that by not informing us of your opposition, you are authorizing VC to transfer “The Information” to non-related third parties, provided that VC informs to such third parties of the terms contained herein.


This Privacy Notice may be amended without prior notice to comply with changes in the law, with VC’s internal policies, or for any other reason. Every amendment shall be publicized on this website.
